Meredith Berger began (PLF) because she saw the need to treat the whole human - mind, body, and spirit.

It all began when her early experiences in private practice felt wrong. She understood that prescriptive diets reinforced feelings of failure and shame - not what she wanted for her clients.

In a few short years she discovered Intuitive Eating (IE) and things finally clicked into place. IE resonated because it’s how we as humans are programmed to eat. With IE, we access our internal cues - powerful, inherent signals that are all we need to follow to be well.

Time and time again Meredith’s clients share that IE allows them more peace with food & their bodies, more freedom and improved health measures including blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol.

The practice is built upon the foundation that true change can only arise when we treat the individual - considering their history, experiences, and all that has led them to where they are today.
